With Tracey?
Tracey understands the struggle of making mindful food choices, and it inspired her to make a change. She turned her food frustrations into balanced solutions. While working as a flight attendant, Tracey decided to return and recommit to her long-time passion for cooking. Ultimately, she reconfigured her relationship with food to better her health. After finding a system that worked, she introduced them to the world through her Lifestyle Coach and Personal Chef services business, Add Spice 2 Your Life.
When thinking about valuable tools she could offer others based on her skills as a professional chef, she noticed a trend where people felt obligated to stick to meal plans and other strategies that simply didn't work. Tracey graduated with honors from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition and earned her Certified Instructor status. Now, she makes it her everyday mission to draw together a community of people who want to learn more about food and how it can benefit the body.
