Tracey Somerford is the founder of Add Spice 2 Your Life and a former flight attendant of over 21 years. After years of neglecting her food choices, she decided to hone in on her childhood passion for cooking and learn more about building a healthy relationship with food – no scales, no lectures, and no weight shaming involved.

Tracey took her newfound passion for nutrient-dense foods to work and packed healthy meals to keep her going through flight delays, long hours, turbulence, and everything in between. Her energy soared, and she simply couldn’t wait to share her passion with others.

Tracey is a Certified Transformational Coach, Lifestyle Coach, and Personal Chef. She inspires others to connect with their local community through mindful meals using a Rethink, Rediscover, and Renew approach.
